Shipping + Returns
Shipping: Every timepiece is handcrafted to perfection. Parts are carefully selected, assembled, and inspected by hand to ensure you receive a timepiece worthy of its name. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Quality takes time.
Returns: You have the right to return your timepiece within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
TWO-YEAR WARRANTY
Every CESARE timepiece is covered by a two-year international warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or mechanical issues related to the movement, hands, or date function under normal use.
If an issue occurs within the warranty period, simply contact us with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will arrange inspection, repair, or replacement at no cost.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, water damage due to misuse, or normal wear such as scratches.
LIFETIME SERVICE
Beyond the warranty period, CESARE offers a lifetime service program for all original owners.
Should your watch require service after the two-year warranty has expired, you may return it directly to us. We will service the timepiece at the cost of parts only, + a fair service fee where applicable — no inflated jeweler pricing, no third parties.
This ensures your watch can be maintained, repaired, and enjoyed for decades, exactly as it was intended.
